This is very easy to fix. Just cut some daikons in small squares, pour honey to cover the daikon, then just wait. If you make it in night time, you will see the syrup came from daikon in next morning.
The syrup helps to heal sore throat, cough, phlegm.
You can eat the shrunk daikon as it is, or put them into soy sauce to use in later for cooking.
This time I tried something new.
Roasted some daikon to sweat down, then put in sugar cookies with some ginger.
I know it could sounds yucky, but it was good!
