It’s Women’s day today. And birthday of a person who I’ve been loving from over 20 years ago! Also, (yes it’s cold outside but still!) spring will come soon… I couldn’t find mimosa around here, but this flower above is a kind of acacia family, looks like mimosa. In Italy
March 3rd is the girls’ day in Japan. This year we happily celebrated the day with friends including 5 little girls. We sure wish for their healthy, lovely growth and lives! Cuba/Florida First I simply guessed the recipe is originally from Cuba. Seems like it has history with Cuban immigrants in Florida. Finally found cheese I wanted at our local store! Last time when we had fondue I couldn’t find these. I had to compromise but thought that was decently good. However… this time the fondue was totally different. I love Gruyère! … guess somebody agree. Swiss Next time I need to try
